The Event
The Armored League brings its World Championship to the historic Hammerstein Ballroom — eight internationally accomplished Modern Medieval Combat fighters, two championship crowns, one night in the heart of New York City. The organization's largest production to date and its highest-level Gold-tier event.

Modern Medieval Combat (MMC) is a full-contact sport in which athletes compete wearing heavy steel armor and wielding blunted medieval-style weapons, including swords and axes. There are no scripts, no choreography and no predetermined winners. The championship is staged in a 360-degree combat arena with balcony seating and a TikTok LIVE stream.

In just two years, The Armored League has grown from underground events in New York City's alternative spaces to major productions at Palladium Times Square, Melrose Ballroom and sold-out events in Bushwick — now arriving at Hammerstein Ballroom.
